Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with their booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations
• Guide clients through the booking process and provide detailed information about services
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and seek to enhance their experience
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and service efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:
• Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer service is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece; relocation package provided
