We’re currently looking for an exceptional performing “Fleet Training Supervisor” who will participate in building and improving our fleet to ensure that we’re offering the best courier service and delivery experience in town!

Job Qualifications::
• Establish effective training programs for Bosta stars (couriers), including both new and existing couriers.
• Conduct educational sessions to our stars to improve their communication and customer service skills.
• Coach, lead and develop our stars regarding their daily scorecard.
• Design and conduct regular focused group discussions to enhance the couriers community in Bosta.
• Conduct market research about the compensation rates of couriers and vehicles across other market players.
• Initiate business inputs to enhance the Delivery App Product.
• Ensure fleet compliance to safety standards and procedures.
Job Responsibilities::
• 3+ years of strong fleet management and operations hands-on experience.
• Experience in delivering fleet training programs.
• Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
• Skills you’ll need:
• An eye for detail to drive process improvements.
• Takes initiative to identify and develop opportunities for efficiency.
• Effective prioritization to manage several goals simultaneously.
• Clear and engaging communication skills and in person, on the phone and in writing.
• Ability to work autonomously and remain motivated to hit weekly targets.
• Experience in administrative work or a similar skill set that demonstrates attention to detail.
