Your Role:

For our Logistics team we are on the lookout for a reliable and detail-oriented Fleet Operations Associate to join our team. The role reports to the Transportation Coordinator.

Your Responsibilities:

• Safely drive, pick up, and deliver vehicles from our insta-spots as per the schedule.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before and after deliveries to ensure they meet company quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle deliveries, pick-ups, and any incidents or issues.
• Communicate courteously and effectively with clients, providing excellent service and addressing any questions or concerns during the delivery process.
• Report any maintenance needs or irregularities noted during vehicle handling.
• Assist in fleet organization and scheduling when needed.

Requirements:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in driving, delivery, or fleet operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to complete documentation accurately.
• Flexibility with working hours, including potential evenings or weekends as required.
• Physical ability to drive and handle vehicles for extended periods.
