Fleet Operations Lead

We are looking for a Fleet Operations Lead to lead and optimize regional fleet operations in Northern Greece by ensuring high rider performance, operational efficiency, safety compliance, and cost control, while aligning local execution with central fleet strategy to deliver outstanding last-mile service.

 

What you 'll do:

 

• Ensure daily optimal rider capacity planning and availability for Northern Greece
• Adjust fleet allocation based on peak hours, seasonality, and business growth
• Troubleshoot operating issues in real time & oversee day-to-day operations
• Performance management (track KPIs etc)
• Tickets' management & riders' communication
• Oversee onboarding & offboarding of riders
• Cost control (CPO/ CPH) to ensure profitability
• Partner with fleet ops, performance, RR, Legal, payroll, ops teams
• Identify process inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
• Present improvement plans to management
• Follow up competition, prepare relevant reports & analyze strategy

• Bachelor's degree in BA, Logistics or related field
• Strong understanding of last-mile delivery operations
• Capacity planning & workforce planning
• Employee, 3PL & freelancer management
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets experience
• Cost analysis & forecasting skills
• Basic knowledge of labor regulations
• Doer attitude & problem solving approach
• Resilience & adaptability
