Fleet Mechanic

Growing company is seeking dependable heavy equipment mechanic for work in our mulch manufacturing divisions. We offer a steady, full time schedule, laid back atmosphere, and growth opportunities. The fleet mechanic position will be responsible for scheduled preventative maintenance on our fleet of equipment (Excavators, deere wheel loaders, wood waste grinders) as well as the equipment repair and upkeep of a fleet of trucks and trailers. When not repairing equipment that is down, this position requires applicants to possess skill level to operate equipment on our mulch production yard.

Expect average of 55 hours worked per week. Pay based on experience and skill level.

Current CDL license and experience in operating a service type vehicle is preferred but not required.
Must be a well-organized self-starter with good written and verbal communications skills and a positive attitude who takes pride in delivering quality work.
Ability to pass mandated Department of Transportation physical exam and a clean drug screen
