Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Fleet Manager to oversee and manage our company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles while maintaining compliance with regulations.

*Duties*

- Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures

- Weekly inspections of fleet vehicles

- Ensure check-in/out procedures are being completed and documented

- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections

- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance

- Suggest vehicle acquisition, disposal, and replacement

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards

- Supervise a team of drivers and maintenance staff

- Analyze data to optimize fleet efficiency and reduce costs

*Qualifications*

- Proven experience in fleet management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

- Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
