**This position is contingent upon contract award**
SOSi is seeking a Fleet Management Technician to provide fleet management and dispatch services for non-tactical vehicles (NTVs) support of our US government customer.
Essential Job Duties:
• Perform all vehicle dispatch functions.
• Maintain files of all NTVs to include registration, all tickets, accident reports, and operator documentation.
• Track vehicles and equipment lease statuses.
• Report delinquent PMCS and expired dispatches.
• Conduct a joint inspection and inventory of leased equipment at the time of dispatch and turn-in by the operator.
• This position is technical and administrative in nature and does not include supervisory responsibilities.
• This position requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and interface professionally with government personnel in an operational environment.
• Annotate and report discrepancies on Fleet Management Office approved forms
• Track scheduled maintenance of all NTVs.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Current active SECRET government security clearance.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a related work environment. 
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Army Regulation 58-1 and DA PAM 750-8.
• Must have a valid U.S. passport with 6 months remaining before expiration. 
• Ability to deploy overseas and complete pre-deployment training and medical screening
Work Environment:
• The work is typically performed in an office environment, which requires normal safety precautions; work may require some physical effort in the handling of heavy materials, boxes, or equipment.
