Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable Fleet Maintenance Technician C to assist with routine service and basic repairs on our fleet. This is an entry to mid-level position focused on preventative maintenance, inspections, and keeping equipment in good working condition. This role is essential for keeping our operations running efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on fleet equipment (oil changes, filters, fluid checks, greasing, etc.)
Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues
Complete basic repairs and assist senior mechanics as needed
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and work areas
Collaborate with the maintenance manager to schedule and prioritize maintenance needs.
Accurately document maintenance and inspection records
Follow all safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment for all employees.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and procedures on equipment or vehicles
Basic mechanical knowledge (diesel and gas engines preferred)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical ability to perform some heavy lifting, bending, and other physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license (CDL not required, but a plus)
Strong work ethic and reliability

Primary Shop Based work, Occasional work in varying weather conditions
Pre-Employment Requirements
