Fleet Coordinator - Delhi (Contractual)

As we continue to expand our operations in North India, one of the fastest-growing bus markets in the world, we are looking for a motivated & driven Fleet Coordinator (Contractual) for Delhi location who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. Expected to start within the Month of March 2026.

This is a travel extensive role, you will be responsible of managing backend operations of assigning buses to different routes and coordinating driver & host schedules with the bus partners' and report to the Regional Operations Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services, likely including bus operations and related logistics, ground operational excellence, data analysis and vendor management processes!

About The Role

• Coordinate driver and host schedules with the BP.

• Manage bus assignments and handle breakdowns by arranging alternates and shifting passengers.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between TCs and the Multiplicator team

• Coordinate with Traffic control for daily issues, and monitor route deviations

• Track and report violations, generate and share daily operational reports with Bus partners.

• Provide insights on necessary route adjustments, Manage and update stop and boarding point coordinates.

• Vigilantly monitor and report any illicit activities to maintain operational integrity.

• Ensure completion of training program and Initiate background verification process.

• Reviewing process and suggesting improvements.

• Ensure completion of boarding point handouts.

About You

• Engineering graduate preferably with 3-4 years’ hands-on experience in intercity travels operations company, OR logistics /last mile operations.

• Team player with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; flexible of working in shifts (24/7). However, when schedules are made your personal needs are taken into consideration.

• Strong geographical knowledge of North India and willingness to travel regularly

• You are fluent in English, Hindi.

• You are communicative, proactive, assertive /strong headed and a team player.
