Position Overview
As our Fleet and Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our vehicles, equipment, and operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
· Keeping our fleet road-ready by scheduling and tracking maintenance and repairs
· Maintaining accurate service records and identifying opportunities to improve fleet performance
· Diagnosing mechanical issues and performing repairs on vehicles, trailers, ATVs, and equipment
· Coordinating solutions for unexpected breakdowns—whether local or in the field
· Preparing and maintaining forestry and field equipment to ensure crews are ready to go
· Supporting general facility and building maintenance as needed
· Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Assisting with field operations when needed

Preferred Qualifications:
· Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), or currently working toward obtaining one
· Mechanical apprenticeship, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience
· ASE certification or similar credentials
· Experience or familiarity with natural resources or forestry operations
· Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work
· Strong planning, organizational, or leadership experience
