Sapphire Utility Solutions are looking to appoint a Fleet Administrator. Successful applicants will be responsible for managing a company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring their efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. They oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, safety protocols, and vehicle documentation
About the Role
Location: Leyland
Salary: £28 000.00 per annum
Working Hours; 40 per week

Responsibilities - but not limited to:
Coordinate fuel operations (fuel cards and bunker fuel)
Monitor and report on fuel consumption and usage
Maintain accurate fuel records and ensure compliance
Raise and process purchase orders (POs)
Liaise with fuel suppliers and service providers
Track and reconcile fuel invoices
Manage PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices) including logging and tracking
Investigate PCNs and gather supporting evidence
Prepare and submit appeals where applicable
Liaise with authorities regarding fines and disputes
Support with compliance documentation and audits
Monitor driver compliance and report issues
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations
Assist with cost control and reporting
