• Provide Technical and operational support to the operations group to maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
• Have a thorough understanding of the safe work practices and ensure the OH&S procedures are upheld in the workplace 
• Ability to work a shift pattern that will include nights, afternoons, and weekends.
• Flexibility to work in all functional areas and operate and maintain all operations equipment including but not limited to:  forklift, blower/filler, labeler, bottle date coders, shrink wrapper, case erectors, case packer, case sealer, case date coders, palletizer, stretch wrapper, injection molding machines and inventory/record keeping.
• Respond to and correct operational issues including elementary maintenance and adjustment
• Carry out AM checks as planned and ensuring daily management systems are practised like Centre lining, Clean Inspect Lube and defect handling, identifying potential equipment issues, and escalate predictive failures to relevant stakeholders.
• Execute hand palletizing or manual task as required such as hand palletizing, product reworks, product destroy, hand packing as and when required.
• Performing quality inspection/checks to ensure optimal quality product produced.
• Effective entry of downtime into EIT
• Any other reasonable request from leaders as and when required
• Ensure materials are consumed JIT (Just in Time) method using the scanned guns.
• Support organizational quality compliance and environment initiatives across the site.
Minimum
• Successful completion of Year 12
• Trade qualification in a relevant field (Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing).
• 3-5 years equivalent work experience in  manufacturing field or product environment.
 
Preferred
• Extensive Manufacturing background, especially in bottling environment with technical experience.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Valid group 9 driving license
