We are hiring a hands-on Fitness Sales Training Manager to elevate sales performance across our locations. This is a player-coach role: you will run weekly coaching, role-play, and skill development - while getting into clubs to sell memberships and personal training alongside the team to drive real production.
We already have scripts and a sales process. Your job is to help the team execute consistently and improve conversion.

Revenue Share / Performance Bonuses:
Portfolio-wide revenue share plus meaningful performance bonuses for hitting growth targets you help define. If you can coach teams, drive execution, and raise performance across multiple clubs - your compensation will scale with the results.
What You’ll Do
Lead weekly coaching cadence (including 30-minute Zoom sessions with staff/teams) focused on:
script memorization
role-playing
objection handling
consultative closes for membership + PT
sales behaviors: lead response time, appointment-setting, show rate, close rate, etc.
Help onboard new sales hires (training plan, certification, early performance standards).
Conduct in-club visits to:
run live role-play and skill drills
observe tours/consultations
give direct feedback
close sales in real situations when needed (modeling the standard)
Track and review sales metrics; create weekly action plans by club and follow up to completion.
Maintain a high-performance, positive culture across clubs.
What Success Looks Like (Measured)
Improved membership conversion and net membership growth
Improved PT revenue and trainer retention
Script adherence and consistent execution across locations
Requirements (Must-Have)
Proven track record selling gym memberships and personal training (not just one or the other).
Experience coaching or training others in sales (formal or informal leadership).
Comfortable running role-plays, giving direct feedback, and holding standards.
Experience in a script-based sales environment
Data-driven: you can read KPIs and turn them into clear actions.
Willing to travel routinely and work some evenings/weekends.
