The Island Chapter 

Luura begins its journey in Paros with two distinct yet connected expressions. 

Luura Paros Cliff, opening May 2026, features 39 thoughtfully designed rooms set above the sea.  

One year later, Luura Paros Sand follows with 49 additional rooms and a collection of vibrant food and social spaces that capture another rhythm of the island.

 

Your Role in the Story

As a Fitness Coach (Yoga, Pilates & Gym) at LUURA, you are a core part of the guest wellness experience, guiding movement, mindfulness, and physical wellbeing. You will deliver high-quality fitness and wellness sessions while ensuring the gym and studio environment reflects LUURA’s standards of calm, professionalism, and excellence.

Your role combines fitness instruction, wellness coaching, and light gym management, creating a seamless and inspiring experience for hotel guests.

This position requires strong technical knowledge, energy, professionalism, and the ability to engage with guests in a warm, motivating, and discreet manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Yoga and Pilates sessions for hotel guests of varying levels (group and private sessions).
• Deliver fitness coaching and personal training sessions tailored to guest needs and abilities.
• Oversee daily operation of the hotel gym, ensuring it is clean, safe, and fully functional at all times.
• Conduct basic guest orientation for gym use, fitness offerings, and wellness schedule.
• Design and support wellness programs, combining movement, stretching, and relaxation techniques.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, sanitized, and used safely according to SOPs.
• Assist in scheduling and coordinating fitness and wellness activities with the Spa Manager.
• Provide a welcoming, professional, and motivating presence for all guests.
• Support guest wellbeing by offering guidance on movement, posture, breathing, and recovery.
• Report any equipment issues, safety concerns, or maintenance needs immediately.
• Collaborate with Spa, Reception, and Hotel Operations teams to ensure smooth guest experience.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, appearance, and professionalism at all times.
• Respect guest privacy, confidentiality, and personal space.
• Adhere strictly to LUURA standards, SOPs, and company policies.
• Host the guest as per SOPs and direction of the SPA Manager.

 

Who We’re Looking For

• Certified instructor in Yoga, Pilates, and/or Fitness Training (additional disciplines a plus).
• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, luxury spa, or wellness retreat is preferred
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, movement, breathwork, and functional training.
• Ability to lead both group classes and individual sessions confidently.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a guest-first approach.
• High level of professionalism, energy, and motivation.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and holistic guest experiences.
• Comfortable working in a seasonal, fast-paced luxury environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility for gym operations and guest safety.
• Good command of English is required.
• Eligible to work in an EU country.
• English knowledge is required.
