Description -

Job Summary
• This role is responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of monitoring systems to ensure software accuracy, reliability, and stability. The role conducts compliance and functional tests for firmware using various tools and configurations and provides first-level support to external customers in debugging software development platforms. The role collaborates with technology development teams to integrate new technologies into production facilities, adheres to established standards, and contributes to process improvements.

Responsibilities
• Writes, tests, and maintains monitoring systems to ensure the highest level of software accuracy, reliability, and stability.
• Conducts firmware compliance and functional tests using various test tools, hardware configurations, operating systems, and storage environments.
• Offers support to external customers in first-level triage or debug of software development platforms.
• Conducts audits and tests on software products, aligning with defined software test plans and procedures.
• Collaborates with the technology development team to import and integrate new technologies into production facilities.
• Documents all test operations comprehensively and communicates test results to the engineering team.
• Aligns individual work with strategy, collaborates with teams to enhance operations and implements process improvements to standardize processes globally.
• Adheres to established standards, ensuring data confidentiality, and supports execution of business processes with independent judgment.
• Completes process-oriented assignments, shares technical information, and supports department-level operational plans.
• Identifies and solves varied problems and completes day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-6 years of related work experience, preferably in software testing, software documentation, or a related field.
