Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced FIS Front Arena Developer to design, develop, and enhance technical solutions on the Front Arena platform. The role focuses on custom development, system enhancements, and integrations, while also providing limited advanced support for developed components. The candidate will work closely with front-office, risk, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain custom solutions on the FIS Front Arena platform
• Develop using Arena scripting, Python, and SQL
• Build and enhance custom reports, batch jobs, workflows, and interfaces
• Implement business requirements related to trading, risk, valuation, and reporting
• Develop and maintain integrations with market data providers and downstream systems
• Participate in Front Arena upgrades, migrations, and new implementations
• Optimize performance and improve system automation
• Perform code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing
• Provide L3-level support for custom-developed components when required

Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Front Arena Developer
• Expertise in Arena scripting, Python, and SQL
• Solid understanding of financial instruments:

- FX, Money Market, Fixed Income, Derivatives (based on business scope)

• Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, and P&L concepts
• Experience with system integrations and data flows
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Experience in banking, treasury, or capital markets environments
