▌Job Description

Job title: Junior Juniper VPN (MAG & SA) Administrator (4-6 years)

Purpose of the position 

Responsible for managing day to day support activities for Juniper VPN – MAG and SA platform.

Highlights- 

 Takes over new or updated services and turns them into operation.

 Provides operation coordination interfaces

 Keeps existing services running according to SLA’s, SLO’s and in compliance with rules and regulations. 

 Monitors capacity and increase per system

Key responsibilities & duties

 Juniper Mag and SA platform troubleshooting on enterprise system, i.e shared services

 Firewall experience in conjunction with Pulse Secure Access

 Other basic and documented skills needed , network, routing, loadbalancers (F5)

Skills and qualification

 Documented minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in global enterprise environments.

 Juniper Networks Certified Specialist Junos Pulse Secure Access (JNCIS-SA) (preferred)

 Documented experience Junos Pulse Secure Access

 Documented experince in Windows, Linux – specifically Ubuntu, and MacOS clients on Juniper MAG/SA platform

 Documented experience on TCP/IP v4 and v6 

 Documented enduser support experience, including troubleshooting and remote assistance - min 4 year experience

 Documentet experience in working in Vmware Service Manager, Remedy or similar Service management system

 Must be a Teamworker, the end to end user experience is based on shared platforms and interactions with other teams is crucial

 Must have a solid understanding of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) principles, practices and processes in providing and managing the delivery of a large scale, enterprise-wide service.

 Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to transform technical knowledge into business language (e.g. reports, presentations, etc.)

Special requirement

 This position requires to perform in a 24x7 support mode, so the candidate should be flexible with working hours.
