Summary of responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of fire and safety policies and procedures
• Ensure that all fire and safety equipment established in all properties are in good shape
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential fire hazards, safety risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with fire and safety regulations and standards
• Coordinate with external agencies, such as fire departments, for inspections and certifications

• Conduct training programs and drills to educate employees on fire and safety procedures to enhance their fire safety awareness and preparedness

• Participate in investigations of incidents or accidents related to fire and safety
• Maintain and update documentation and records related to fire and safety
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and secure environment
• Stay updated on the latest developments in fire and safety standards, technologies and best practices

Requirements:
• Only for Indonesian Citizen

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Mastering the fire safety regulations and standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential risks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Certified in Fire & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) or other relevant fields with minimum Diploma degree
