Responsibilities:

Develop new accounts for service, testing, and monitoring of the following systems:

Fire Alarm Systems

Fire Sprinkler and Suppression Systems

Special Detection Systems

Emergency Lights

Fire Doors

Fire Extinguishers

Fire Escapes

Elevators

Central Station Monitoring Systems and others

Generate and find new business

Develop and create new sales proposals

Assist with creation of sales strategies

Educate prospective clients via email, phone, and in person

Coordinate with project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Based on customer’s feedback recommend new technical services and modifications

Prepare accurate and thorough sales activity reports, forecast reports and expense tracking

Be aware of fire market business and product trends

Responsible for finding and selling to end users and the retention and growth of their service business

Responsible for managing the entire sales process including uncovering the opportunity developing a service solutions/value proposition, conducting a goal to service alignment workshop. Prepare the proposal, create a sales contract, negotiate the terms, closing opportunities and providing on going customer service selling and upgrades and add-on opportunities.

Requirements

Experience in new business development skills, which includes cold calling, prospecting and strong follow up skills.

Proven successful track record in selling fire protection system service

Deep understanding of the fire protection system service market.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED

NICET preferred

3 + years proven sales experience in the fire protection industry

Experience working with Contractors, End Users and Property Managers

Prospecting Skills

Closing Skills

Presentation Skills

Highly Motivated
