About the role

We are seeking a IBM API Connect & DataPower Integration Specialist (FinTech Integration Officer) to lead integration, onboarding, and certification activities for new FinTech partners within the Open Banking ecosystem. This role is suited for mid-senior professionals with 5–8 years of experience in API integration, financial services, or Open Banking environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in API testing, IBM API Connect, DataPower, and partner lifecycle management. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding, integration, and certification processes for FinTech partners, ensuring alignment with Open Banking standards.
• Perform IBM API Connect and DataPower gateway validations, including API testing, payload verification, and security checks.
• Coordinate partner timelines from sandbox certification to production cutover, including post-go-live monitoring.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Security, and cross-functional teams to validate compliance and readiness requirements.
• Maintain detailed onboarding trackers, documentation, integration logs, and performance reports.
• Act as the primary liaison between FinTech partners and internal teams for both technical and business onboarding.
• Ensure all integration activities follow compliance, governance, and operational standards.

Requirements:
• 5–8 years of experience in FinTech, Open Banking, API Integration, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, and API gateway tools.
• Deep understanding of API testing, payload validation, authentication, and security protocols.
• Experience coordinating FinTech partner onboarding from sandbox to production.
• Familiarity with Open Banking frameworks, API standards, and KSA regulatory environments.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for managing partners and internal teams.
• Ability to maintain documentation, trackers, and performance dashboards.
• Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
