Job Responsibilities:
• Key person between Operation department and Finance department.
• Manage the FinOps team and make sure the day-to-day reconciliation with the courier’s wallet is accurate.
• Manage collecting any cash shortage / Increase in the deposits made.
• Monitoring Daily orders volumes Vs values from Bosta dashboard.
• Monitoring courier Daily Collections.
• Monitoring and reconciling 3PL HUBs.
• Monitoring courier Daily Deposits in Fawry / Cash / Bank.
• Adjusting any wrong data in courier wallet system.
• Adjusting the wrong data with a tech team.
• Monitoring Fawry Daily transfer into Bosta bank account.
• Monitoring Cash Daily transfer into Bosta bank account.
• Reconcile Courier Daily Deposits.
• Reconcile Fawry Daily Report.
• Reconcile Cash Daily Report.
• Tracking the courier Wallets (Access / Shortage).
• Review the contractor’s monthly fees.
• Prepare Monthly Operations entries on Oracle NetSuite.
• Monitoring with inventory all IN/OUT cases.
• Assist in controlling the warehouse inventory (additions/disposals)

Job Qualifications:
• Advanced skills in Excel
• 2+ years of experience in relevant field
• High attention to detail and communication skills
