Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Home Appliances Department, based in Greece! In this unique role, you will be the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries related to home appliances. Your ability to communicate effectively in Finnish will help ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Responsibilities
• Assist Finnish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with questions about home appliances
• Provide detailed information regarding products, troubleshooting advice, and usage instructions
• Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and improve service quality
• Stay updated on product knowledge and trends in the home appliance industry
• Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills
Requirements:
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the home appliances or retail sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
• A customer-centric attitude and a passion for helping others
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
