Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Finnish Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Gaming & Esports Department based in Greece! As the first point of contact for our Finnish-speaking clients, you will provide top-notch support and assistance as they engage with our gaming platforms and esports services.

Responsibilities
• Assist customers in Finnish via phone, email, and live chat regarding inquiries about gaming products and esports events
• Provide detailed information about games, account issues, and payment processing
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management system
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay current with the latest gaming trends and updates in the esports industry
• Gather customer feedback to enhance support services and product offerings
• Participate in training sessions to ensure familiarity with our gaming platforms and tools
Requirements:
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the gaming or entertainment sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the esports community
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with gaming platforms and customer support software is a plus
