Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Finnish Customer Support Representative for our Ride-Sharing App Department, based in Athens, Greece! In this dynamic role, you will be the first contact for our Finnish-speaking users, assisting them with various inquiries related to our ride-sharing services. Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Finnish via phone, email, and chat
• Assist users with inquiries about ride requests, payment issues, and app functionality

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
• Guide customers on the effective use of our ride-sharing app and services
• Gather user feedback to help improve product offerings and customer service

Requirements:
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and verbal
