Finishing Operator – 2nd Shift

Labelink, a leading custom flexographic label and packaging manufacturer, is seeking a motivated Finishing Operator to join our team. Pay is based off prior finishing/rewinding experience.
$1.00 an hour shift differential
Shift Information:
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:20 pm – 12:20 am (paid 40-minute break)
Training: Conducted on 1st Shift (6:30 am – 2:30 pm) for 4-6 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions
Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met
Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Qualifications:
Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions
Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus
