Ultimate Renovations is looking for a motivated Finishing Carpenter Apprentice who wants to grow their craftsmanship while working alongside experienced professionals on luxury renovation projects.

As a Finishing Carpenter Apprentice, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the installation of custom trim, molding, baseboards, and doors.

Supporting the assembly and installation of built-ins, wainscoting, and fine woodworking details.

Assisting with cabinetry installations and minor repairs.

Learning proper measuring, cutting, and installation techniques to ensure precision work.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.

Supporting general site duties as required, including pre-board, warranty, and miscellaneous scopes.

Demonstrating a willingness to learn and work both indoors and outdoors when required.

What we’re looking for:

Enrolled in or interested in pursuing a carpentry apprenticeship.

0–2 years of experience in carpentry or construction (finish carpentry exposure is an asset).

Strong work ethic and a desire to continuously improve your craft.

Ability to take direction and apply feedback positively.

Basic understanding of construction tools and safety practices.

Reliable transportation and punctuality.
