OMNI Technologies is looking for a full time Finisher on 1st shift to trim, assemble, machine, and inspect urethane parts. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 6:30AM-3PM with potential for overtime.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inspect products to Omni quality specifications, ensuring all finished goods meet established quality, safety, and workmanship standards. Identify defects, nonconformances, or inconsistencies and report issues promptly to the supervisor or quality team.
Perform finishing operations using a variety of hand and power tools, including hand tools, drill presses, grinders, taps, and inserts, while adhering to work instructions, safety requirements, and production standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders to accurately perform assembly, bonding, and installation of various components according to specifications.
Make accurate part counts and measurements, demonstrating strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and effective hand-eye coordination to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality.
Read, understand, and follow work orders and verbal or written directions, ensuring tasks are completed correctly, efficiently, and within required timeframes.
Perform basic equipment maintenance and housekeeping duties, including cleaning work areas, tools, and equipment, and reporting equipment issues to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with 5S and safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor to support production needs and maintain operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal work instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Competency in reading and using basic measurement instruments.
Ability to lift/push or pull up to 25–50 pounds with or without assistance.
