Now, we are looking for a FinCrime Product Specialist to be our internal compass on domain expertise, ensuring our speed is always directed at the real problems.

What you will be doing:

• Act as the internal compass for our development team, defining which manual grinds to kill first to ensure our AI vision translates into real-world value.

• Sit directly with developers to build complex AML solutions on the spot, acting as the guardrail that ensures we ship what works, not just what looks good.

• Partner with product and tech leads to fuel the roadmap with "boots-on-the-ground" evidence that dictates our hardest prioritizations.

• Join key sales and strategy sessions to speak as an equal to Compliance Directors, your lived experience is our most powerful demo.

• Shape our market narrative as a "bullshit detector," ensuring our language hits the real industry pain and anticipates concerns before they are raised.

Apply if:

• You have held a senior AML or financial crime role - MLRO, Deputy MLRO, Head of Financial Crime, and you actually understand what a fincrime or compliance function feels like end to end.

• You are genuinely excited about AI. Not cautiously optimistic. but actually excited about what agents mean for the industry you've spent your career in.

• You want to have ownership in building something, not just advise on it from the sidelines.

• You are comfortable being wrong and curious about why.

Do not apply if:

• You think "product-oriented" means attending one sprint review per quarter.

• You want to run a compliance team. We have customers for that.

• Your instinct when something is built wrong is to write a memo rather than fix it.

• You think AI in compliance is a risk to be managed rather than a force to be used.

• You need a clearly defined, static scope. We hand out problems to solve, not to-do lists.

You are probably a person who:

• Prefers a fast, iterative approach over slow, risk-averse processes.

• You thrive in change

• Are thick-skinned and treat pushback as a puzzle to solve, not a signal to slow down.
