Responsible for the design, development and implementation of applications following the full systems development lifecycle (SDLC).

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement applications following full SDLC

• Designing effective system architectures with a focus in usability and scalability

• Responsible for providing data driven technology solutions that incorporates the expanding needs of the business

• Design, develop and maintain complex database processes.

• Analyze requirements and prepare detailed technical design documents.

• Provide coding and environment support for applications team.

Required Experience:

• ·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or 12 years of equivalent experience.

• 5+ years of experience working in the investments domain. Should have a very good understanding of financial products such as fixed rate bonds (Treasury, agency, and corporate), floating rate bonds, interest rate swaps, futures, caps & floors, FX swaps, and equities.

• 5+ years of relational database development experience. Must be able to take business requirements and transform them into an implementable design.

• 5+ years of MS SQL Server

• 3+ years of experience with a procedural language such as Java or .Net that should include a good understanding of application architecture and how to apply it.

Preferred Experience:

• Knowledge of financial risk management specifically, market risk or credit risk is highly desirable.

• Experience with any Big Data solution a strong plus as we are currently implementing one of our projects on Microsoft PDW/APS

• Experience with BI tools such as SSAS, QlikView or Tableau

• Experience with onshore and offshore team management/coordination is a strong plus.

• Project Management experience highly desirable

• Experience with large tables with hundreds of millions of rows.

Travel: 10 plus% until end of 2015, 10 – 15% after 2015
