Position Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to support our finance and accounting teams by maintaining and improving key financial systems and reporting tools. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new technologies, and collaborating across teams. You’ll help ensure our systems run smoothly, reports are accurate, and processes become more efficient. The ideal candidate will be someone who has an understanding of backend data structures and experience making improvements across platforms such as D365, RevPro, Snowflake, and Data Lake environments.

Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.

Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Preference to candidates who are located in the Portsmouth, NH area, and able to work a hybrid schedule

How you’ll contribute

Systems & Reporting Oversight

• Assist with maintaining financial systems and related reporting tools.

• Prepare and update financial reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.

• Help monitor data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Business & Systems Analysis

• Work with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and support system updates.

• Document processes and provide user support and training.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Backend Systems & Data Engineering

• Understand and navigate backend tables and data structures across key systems (D365, RevPro, Snowflake, Data Lake).

• Support data pipeline development and maintenance for financial reporting and analytics.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Help resolve day-to-day system issues and reporting errors.

• Support testing of system updates and enhancements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams to ensure systems meet business needs.

• Participate in special projects such as system upgrades or integrations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in financial systems, reporting, or related roles.

• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Query, Pivot Tables)

• Experience with SQL and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).

• Knowledgeable with ERP systems (D365 experience is a bonus).

• Detail-oriented with good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a collaborative environment.
