• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a professional qualification (CA, CPA, or ACCA) is highly preferred.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS / FRS accounting standards, with a proven track record of leading month-end closures and managing complex external audits.
• Prior exposure to payment infrastructure, FinTech platforms, or Blockchain/Web3 ecosystems is a significant advantage.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP, or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for complex financial data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data integrity and the ability to provide actionable financial insights.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
