Who will succeed in this role
Agile Actors is a fast-growing software engineering company operating at the intersection of technology and enterprise transformation. Our Finance function is lean, high-impact, and operates within an international group structure, which means the work is varied, the standards are high, and the exposure is real.
We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Control Specialist to join the team and become the operational backbone of our finance department. You will work directly with and report to the Finance Director, a member of the Executive Leadership Team. This is a role with genuine visibility and a clear growth trajectory for the right person.
In this role, you will own the monthly financial close cycle end-to-end, manage reporting across P&L, Balance Sheet, and key business metrics, and be the primary point of contact for all finance-related coordination with our international parent company and within Agile Actors’ business units.
Requirements:
• Own the preparation of monthly financial statements, P&L, Balance Sheet, Clients’ list, and Headcount reporting, transforming financial models into structured, accurate reports ready for group submission
• Execute monthly sales reconciliation and ensure consistency across reporting dimensions
• Manage intercompany charge agreements and ensure timely alignment with group counterparts
• Handle the upload and download of financial reports within SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with group deadlines
• Prepare planning submissions, Budget, Forecast I, and Forecast II, across both P&L and Balance Sheet dimensions
• Run the expense controlling process, monitoring variances and flagging issues proactively
• Coordinate data collection for the annual statutory audit and Transfer Pricing file, liaising with external advisors and internal stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day communication with the international parent company's finance departments, representing Agile Actors professionally and ensuring deadlines are met
What we are looking for:
• 3–6 years of experience in a finance role within a high-intensity corporate environment — group finance, or a fast-scaling company, are all strong backgrounds
• Solid understanding of management reporting, financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet), and financial planning cycles
• Familiarity with ERP systems — experience navigating SAP for reporting purposes (uploads, downloads, report extraction) is an advantage, though hands-on accounting entry experience in SAP is not required
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Power Query or other data automation tools is a meaningful advantage
• Familiarity with intercompany processes and group reporting structures
• Exposure to transfer pricing concepts and audit support processes is a plus
• Fluent in English, as all reporting, communication, and stakeholder interaction is conducted in English
• Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning your deliverables without close supervision
• A communicator who can manage relationships across departments, follow up without being chased, and escalate when needed
• Intellectually curious and willing to invest time in understanding the software development business model that underpins everything we do
Benefits:
Compensation benefits
• Tailored Remuneration Package that recognizes your expertise with a competitive salary
• Private Health Care Insurance to ensure your physical well-being.
• Ticket Restaurant Card
• Psychological Support through a professional helpline for you and your family, with 5 free sessions included to promote mental well-being.
Developmental Benefits
• Internal Coaching Program empowers your growth, with experienced coaches supporting both technical and soft skills development.
• Personal Development Plan tailored with your coach to align with your career aspirations.
• 360° Continuous Feedback Model to keep your skills and performance aligned with your goals.
• Unlimited Training & Learning resources to cover all aspects of your professional growth, including access to various online platforms such as Udemy, Coursera, and Pluralsight from day one.
• Career Development Pathways that offer mentoring, leadership programs, and opportunities to enhance both technical and leadership skills.
• Chapters (Internal Communities) for sharing knowledge, mentoring, and shaping technology’s future.
• Diverse Customer Ecosystem that offers dynamic opportunities for career growth and development.
• Onboarding Buddy to support and guide you from day one.
Working model
• Flexible Working conditions.
• Work-Life Balance with a culture that promotes flexibility and sustainability.
