Como parte de la unidad de Finanzas CIB, buscamos incorporar un Financial Planning Associate que se integrará en el equipo de Cost Management. Este equipo es responsable de las siguientes funciones

• Control y monitorización de Costes CIB (Holding, filiales y sucursales de la red exterior).

• Facturaciones globales (tecnología y equipos de negocio).

• Gestión de costes discrecionales (consultorías, SPTs, …).

• Fuentes de Información.

Sobre el puesto

El Financial Planning Associate, inntegrado en el equipo de Cost Management, desarrollará las siguientes funciones asociadas al puesto:

• Elaboración y seguimiento de estimaciones semanales de Costes CIB así como el cierre mensual.

• Definición, control y seguimiento del Presupuesto anual.

• Análisis y monitorización de costes mediante el uso de herramientas de reporting y dashboards (tanto de costes totales como específicamente de costes de personal).

• Coordinación de las diferentes geografías con presencia de equipos CIB.

• Interlocución de Costes con equipos externos pertenecientes a otras unidades.

Cualificaciones

• Titulación universitaria en Economista, ADE o similar.

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares.

• Inglés fluido, deseable C1.

• Ofimática y Visual Basic a nivel de usuario.

• Capacidad de relación fluida con diferentes stakeholders.

• Habilidades: Orden, metodología, capacidad analítica y adaptación al cambio.
