The Opportunity:

VS (Vehicle component Solutions) Company (https://www.lg.com/global/mobility) of LG Electronics focuses on commercializing environmentally responsible automotive components and core solutions based on LG’s proprietary technologies. A leading provider of core components for global car manufacturers, VS Company is supporting the emerging trend of the vehicle industry.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up company target and analyzing company's business performance across all business operations

• Responsible for operating, evaluating and monitoring business management

• Responsible for communication with HQ and division company regarding local company's operation, management and performance

• Establish and forecast company's short term and mid-long term business plan

• Provide accurate and timely financial information and reporting to leadership to support achieving the company's goals

• Manage and perform ongoing monitoring of the key performance indicators established for the organization

• Develop, document and implement applicable company processes and procedures

• Compile presentations on business operations and conduct reviews with the applicable leadership Teams

• Conduct ongoing/frequent communication with HQ to ensure alignment with HQ company's direction on business management and performance

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Admin, Accounting, Finance or related field

• 5+ years experience in related field utilizing standard financial and office tools, including MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, etc.) and ERP software; automotive experience preferred

• Excellent written / verbal communication and organizational skills

• Ability to Travel (International & Domestic) up to 5% annually

• Ability to work early/late hours for necessary business meetings

• Bilingual: English and Korean

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/carry handheld items weighing up to 10 lbs. (e.g. laptop, documents).

Preferred:

• CPA certificate

• CFA certificate
