To join us as a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist you’ll need:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)

2–4+ years of experience in finance or commercial roles; audit background is a strong advantage

Solid knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and financial analysis

Strong ability to interpret data and provide clear insights

Detail-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

Proactive, self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable working cross-functionally

Advanced Excel skills; Google Sheets is a plus

You will:

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

Perform variance analysis between actuals, budget, and forecast, and explain deviations

Track KPIs and provide recommendations to improve business performance

Support strategic planning and cash flow forecasting

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports for management decisions

Collaborate with finance, operations, marketing, and product teams for alignment

Assist in audit-related data collection and documentation processes
