About The Role:
Boston Scientific's Endoscopy division, with over $500M in value and structured into two franchises and five geographic clusters, is looking for a driven Financial Planning & Analysis Intern to join our finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates with strong academic credentials in finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplines. In this position, you will gain practical experience in a fast-paced setting, assisting with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and other key tasks within the finance department.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Support template creation and updates in collaboration with the Divisional and Cluster FP&A teams, ensuring tools are accurate and ready for forecasting and planning cycles.
Assist the FP&A team during budgeting and forecasting periods, helping prepare financial data and reports as needed.
Help manage ad‑hoc requests related to EMEA divisional planning by gathering data, updating documents, and supporting analysis.
Work with the Central FP&A Manager to help build and refine financial templates that support divisional strategies across different P&L lines.
Provide basic financial insights and support, acting as a point of contact for routine requests from the Cluster FP&A team.
Gain exposure to Senior Leadership, supporting the team with materials that contribute to business and P&L discussions.
What Are We Looking For In You?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or related.
Fluent in English & Spanish (B2+); any additional EMEA languages are a plus
Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly learn financial systems such as Tableau, Hyperion, and SAP.
Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis.
Effective team player with a proactive, self-driven approach.
