YOUR IMPACT

We are looking for a FinOps Manager to take ownership of our core financial operations and ensure disciplined, scalable, and well-controlled processes across the organization. This role combines strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) oversight with broader finance operations responsibility and is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, driving execution, and making sure things get done.You will play a key role in keeping our financial operations clean, reliable, and audit-ready in a fast-growing startup environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Own and drive core financial operations, with a strong focus on Procure-to-Pay

• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant handling of invoices, approvals, and payments

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls across financial workflows

• Monitor payment flows and financial commitments to prevent errors, delays, and inefficiencies

• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support scale

• Ensure completeness and quality of financial documentation and records

• Support month-end closing by providing structured, reliable operational data

• Partner closely with external accounting providers to ensure smooth collaboration

• Act as the primary contact for vendors on invoice and payment-related matters

• Drive timely internal approvals and reinforce financial discipline across teams

• Serve as a key interface between operations and accounting

WHO YOU ARE

• 3–5 years of experience in financial operations, Accounts Payable, or P2P

• Strong understanding of financial controls and operational finance processes

• Proven ability to take ownership and drive processes independently

• Structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup environment
