Key Responsibilities
Partnership Execution: Identify and negotiate partnerships with payment institutions, fintech companies, liquidity providers, and licensed entities to expand fiat on-ramps and off-ramps.
Corridor Expansion: Support the global payout and "send" business by adding new currency corridors, enabling users to send stablecoins and receive local fiat into accounts or e-wallets.
Operational Growth: Assist in expanding into new currencies and regions by securing local payment rails and improving liquidity for the multi-currency wallet.
Product Support: Facilitate the growth of crypto-backed loan products through partnerships for collateral management and multi-currency liquidity.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements, including AML/CFT and virtual asset licensing.
Regional Optimization: Help launch new payout corridors in key regions (APAC, Latin America, EMEA, Africa, etc.) and negotiate better commercial terms with partners.
Market Monitoring: Track regulatory changes, competitors, and market trends to provide insights for currency expansion efforts.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with institutional partners and act as a key point of contact for day-to-day partnership operations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial institutions or payment business development, with a focus on cross-border payouts, multi-currency operations, or fiat on/off-ramps.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and onboard partners that add new currencies or corridors.
Domain Knowledge: Good understanding of global payout systems, multi-currency wallets, fiat on/off-ramp mechanisms, and liquidity management.
Regulatory Familiarity: Basic understanding of virtual asset regulations, AML, and cross-border transfer requirements in multiple jurisdictions.
Communication: Strong relationship management and cross-functional communication skills.
Language: Fluent in English.
Travel: Willingness to travel for partnership development and market entry as needed.

Experience with crypto-backed loans or collateralized liquidity is a significant advantage.
