Primary Objective:

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Finance Department. This includes the management of all financial accounting and management accounting functions, arrange internal controls for business and financial processes.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day work performed by local finance team according to set standards.
• Conduct periodic performance appraisals for the staffs, provide on-time feedback to improve staff performance.
• Manage financial (external) accounting of the company (GL and closings).
• Coordinate all kinds of statutory audit, maintaining good co-operation with local auditors and the Group’s auditing team, support financial control to meet compliance requirements.
• Responsible monthly/quality tax operation tasks and annual EIT filing, acting as a contact point of tax audits.
• Acting as contact point to FSSC and ensuring/monitoring the quality of the data it produces.
• Responsible of management accounting and reporting timely with good quality, such as conducting the operative reporting to the group financial systems and to the business management; provide P/L, B/S and KPI analysis.
• Coordinate budget, forecast and long-term planning process.
• Make proposals and observations to the management team, act in a key role in management team to ensure finance (business control and analysis) related issues are being considered in decision making.
• Coordinate accounting team on finance processes and workflows standardization and optimization.
• Arranging internal controls for financial processes to prevent any fraud against the company’s cash and assets.
• Complete any other duties as directed by the superior.
• Awareness of ISO 14001 & 45001 Standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or Auditing; Qualified Chartered Accountant will be a plus;
• Over 10 years in accounting or finance related experience, with more than 5 years’ experience in financial management tasks and good knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS;
• Understand local taxation, experience on tax operation;
• Have experience on management accounting, be familiar with costing, budgeting, financial forecasting and planning;
• Understand internal control principles and processes;
• Experience in SAP and OneStream will be an added advantage;
• Good English / Chinese language oral and written skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to propose corrective measures on challenges and improvements where needed;
• Results driven, steadfastly pushes self and others for results;
• Action oriented, highly self-motivated to work independently;
• Ability to prioritize effectively, multitask and meet all deadlines;
• Good communication skills, good at work with different level of colleagues.
