Areas of Responsibility:

Reports monthly, annually (BS, PL, CF), analysis as requested;

Prepares regular and detailed cash flow reports on a monthly basis;

Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP;

Conducts strategic projections and analyses, e.g., SWOT and ad hoc analyses;

Takes responsibility for gathering financial data for external audits and other regulatory audits;

Maintaining the general ledger;

Control of the accounting system;

Ensures delivery of documentation to state authorities;

Manages the planning and budgeting process;

Handles Fixed Asset and Depreciation Calculation, as well as Cost Reporting;

Cost analysis by department and optimization;

Analysis and control of employee productivity;

Reconciling payments including attaching supporting documentation within the accounting program;

Prepare, analyze any payments; liaise with related departments, handling payment inquiries (knowledge of working in e-bank);

Provides analytical reporting to management to enable strategic decision-making;

Participates in the introduction of KPIs and their improvement.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of Accounting experience, preferably working in an Accounting Company (minimum 3 years as a financial controller);

CPA Certification or currently in progress;

Excellent English oral and written communication skills;

Experience with legal regulations and filings;

Hands-on experience with accounting software packages such as NetSuite or SAP;

Independent, organized, efficient, responsible, detail-oriented;

Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and standards;

Can work independently and in a group environment;

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines;
