Position
Louis Vuitton is looking for a Financial Controller Assistant (Temporary -Contrato de Prácticas) for the Mediterranean region.
As a Financial Controller at Louis Vuitton Mediterranean, you will o versees Financial Planning & Analysis and Internal Control/Financial Operations across the Mediterranean zone (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Turkey, and Kazakhstan).
As a key business partner within the regional finance team based in the Madrid Head Office, you will report to the Regional Head of Controlling and provide comprehensive financial support to retail teams, business departments, and regional management. Responsibilities include delivering high-quality reporting, financial analysis , and operational support to the Mediterranean Region as well as EMEA and Central teams in Paris.
Regular travel within the region is required to conduct store operations reviews, reinforce internal control, and ensure strong financial processes. Occasional travel to Paris is also expected.
Job responsibilities
Sales Reporting
Contribute to weekly and monthly sales reports, gathering store feedback and analyzing net sales by store, clientele, and product.
Monitor specific product launches and store-related projects.
Conduct follow-up and analysis of key competitors.
Financial Analysis
Support the preparation of Business Review presentations, KPI management, and performance analysis.
Assist with monthly closing and budgeting processes.
Monitor operational costs by head office department and by store.
Create and manage purchase order flows for the Mediterranean retail network.
Internal Control & Administrative
Prepare and participate in store operational reviews; conduct monthly internal-control-related analyses.
Support stakeholder training and familiarization with SAP and Concur.
Monitor expense claims and follow up on supplier payments.
Ensure a smooth purchasing process aligned with LV standards and budget requirements.

Show proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Desirable Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Business School, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Finance department or similar role.
Fluency in English; conversational Spanish required; French is a plus.
Eligibility for a “contrato de prácticas” under Spanish labor law:
University/Master’s degree completed within the last 3 years.
No professional experience post-graduation (internships only).
