Contract Type: Permanent, Full‑time

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for robust financial controls and continuous process improvement? We’re looking for a Financial Control Specialist to play a key role in strengthening our financial governance, supporting control‑related reporting, and ensuring consistently high-quality accounting practices across our finance function.

This role is ideal for someone with Pinewood (DMS) experience and who is either fully qualified or working towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA)

Key Tasks

• Perform Financial Control Pack reviews and support reporting.

• Conduct balance sheet reviews and follow‑up on issues.

• Complete manufacturer bonus reviews and reporting

• Review and update policies, templates and control documentation.

• Support segregation‑of‑duties reviews.

• Provide training to finance teams on policies and control processes.

• Support control‑related reporting, including balance sheet submissions and asset/stock control reporting.

Key Skills

• Qualified Accountant or working towards qualification.

• Strong Excel and Word skills

• High attention to detail and process.

• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Ability to work independently.

• Knowledge of DMS and industry advantageous.
