Wir suchen Dich als engagierten und detailorientierten Financial Analyst (w/m/d) für unser Universal Pictures International Deutschland-Team in Frankfurt. Die Position ist in Vollzeit und zunächst befristet für 12 Monate. In dieser Rolle arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Chief Accountant sowie dem Finance Director zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und betreust unsere externen Dienstleister. Dazu gehört die Überprüfung der Kontierungen, die Überwachung der termingerechten Zahlungen und auch die Abstimmung mit allen internen Abteilungen, hinsichtlich Auftragserstellung, Rechnungsbearbeitung und Lieferantenneuanlage.
• Du erstellst Reports für verschiedene Abteilungen und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich Accounts Payable und Accounts Receivable. Zu den Reporten zählen u.a. Analysen zum Unternehmenserfolg und auch Auswertungen im Kundenbereich.
• Du prüfst Reisekostenabrechnungen, führst operatives Controlling mit Soll-Ist-Vergleichen durch und unterstützt bei Kontenabstimmungen sowie der Pflege von Stammdaten.
• Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit dem lokalen Sales und Marketing Team sowie den internationalen Billing- und Accounting-Teams und unserem internationalen Konzern-Team zusammen.

Dein Profil:

• Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre abgeschlossen und bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen gesammelt – idealerweise im Medienumfeld und/oder in einem internationalen Unternehmen.
• Du hast Freude an Zahlen, interdisziplinären Projekten und bringst sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel) sowie SAP S/4HANA mit.
• Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (min. B2), sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich, und fühlst Dich im professionellen Umgang in beiden Sprachen wohl.
• Du organisierst Deine Arbeit selbstständig; Deine Arbeitsweise ist zuverlässig, präzise und ergebnisorientiert.
• Du hast eine große Leidenschaft für Kino, Lust auf die Arbeit in einem internationalen Team und starke kommunikative Fähigkeiten runden Dein Profil ab.
