Finance Professional

* Period expense budgeting / forecasting & analysis

* Sales rebate administration, control & analysis

* Support month-end / year-end closing activity

* Support annual budget preparation

* Maintenance of daily dashboards & sales reports (in Power BI, Excel, etc)

* Maintenance of intercompany purchase price

* Preparation of monthly reports for other market functions (marketing, HR, etc)

* Preparation of monthly reports for region controlling (on period expense, sales rebate, etc)

* Support with other ad hoc / daily tasks

Finance Business Partner

* Support the market controller with business case / ad hoc analysis

* Support the market controller with business monitoring

Project / Other

* Maintenance & use of SAP / other in-house financial reporting systems (Markis, Kompas, etc)

* Communication with accounting / other market functions / region controlling

* Involvement with operational / financial projects

 

- University degree (Bachelor or Master) with majors in Finance, Accounting, Business, or relative fields.

- Around 2~3 years of relevant working experience, ideally experience with public accounting (Big 4/CPA firms)

- Advanced skills in MS Office (specifically Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with SAP or other large-scale ERP/in-house financial reporting systems.

- Strong capability in period expense budgeting, forecasting, and complex variance analysis. Experience in sales rebate administration is a plus.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, regional controlling, and various market functions.

- Mature personality with an international mindset; must be highly committed, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a multicultural environment.

- Open-minded, ability to learn new skills quickly, and possess high levels of self-motivation and resilience.

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is required for regional reporting and cross-border coordination.
