About the Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Financial Analyst with experience in travel-industry payment processing, specializing in settlement operations, Virtual Credit Cards (VCCs), and multi-currency transactions (USD/EUR). This role supports accurate settlement, reconciliation, and cash flow across North America and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and reconcile merchant card and VCC settlements across USD and EUR
Manage ARC airline billing and settlement, including refunds and debit memos
Track supplier payments, settlement timing, and funding discrepancies
Support working capital and credit facility monitoring
Analyze FX impacts, chargebacks, cancellations, and refunds
Produce settlement and reconciliation reports; investigate variances
Partner with banks, processors, VCC providers, and internal teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
3–5 years experience in payments, settlement operations, or financial analysis within the travel industry
Hands-on experience with:
ARC settlement
Virtual Credit Card (VCC) programs
Merchant card processing
Multi-currency reconciliation (USD/EUR)
Strong Excel skills; SQL or BI tools a plus
Preferred
Experience in OTA, travel tech, TMC, or airline environments
Exposure to treasury, credit facilities, or FX management
Familiarity with PCI, PSD2, or travel payment regulations
