Job Title: Financial Analyst – Nordics
Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Financial Analyst to support our FP&A and reporting operations across the Nordics. As STACK Infrastructure continues to expand its footprint of hyperscale data centers, you will play a critical role in providing visibility into our financial performance.
You will be instrumental in executing our monthly reporting cycle, analyzing budget versus actual variances, and supporting critical treasury and cash planning activities. This role is ideal for a proactive, numbers-driven professional who wants to build their career in a high-growth, asset-heavy industry while working hands-on with top-tier financial systems like Tagetik.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution and delivery of monthly financial and management reporting utilizing Tagetik.
Conduct detailed analysis of Budget vs. Actuals, identifying key business drivers and providing actionable insights to the management team.
Support proactive cash planning, cash flow forecasting, and operational banking activities.
Assist in the tracking, calculation, and reporting of quarterly banking covenants.
Partner closely with finance leadership on ad hoc financial modeling, data analysis, and strategic projects to support regional business operations.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or controlling, ideally within a multi-national or capital-intensive environment.
Strong understanding of financial statements, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting. Advanced Excel skills are mandatory.
Highly analytical, exceptionally detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English is required; Nordic language skills are beneficial but not required.
