Job Description

Required qualifications - bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Monitor customer payment and receipt schedules, manage daily cash flow, and support the administrative Supervisor

Regarding the monthly KPI report.

Responsible for developing specific cash flow control KPIs.

Responsible for classifying and verifying all payment additions with the outsourced accounting firm.

Consolidate and analyze financial data (budgets, income statement forecasts, etc.), taking into account the company's objectives and financial capacity.

Reconcile all cash inflows and outflows with bank statements.

Make bank payments; Consolidate and analyze financial data, considering the company's goals and financial capacity; Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

Assist in the financial analysis of new clients; Participate in and provide information for Audits; Monitor the client billing and payment collection process.
