Our organization is evolving, and we are currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support business units with high-quality reporting and value-adding analysis.

In your role, you will handle internal reporting and analysis, maintain planning tools and financial systems, and drive process improvements. You will collaborate closely with business units, support key projects and initiatives, and perform ad hoc analyses that enable our organization to make well-informed, strategic decisions.

You will work cross-functionally across the business to ensure that financial data is accurate, insightful, and actionable. Thanks to our matrix organizational structure, you will be able to work and influence our organization widely. You report to the Business Finance Manager.

We are seeking a dynamic, independent, and analytical professional with several years of experience in financial management and analysis. We expect a good general understanding of both internal and external accounting tasks. You have a university degree suitable for the role, strong technical skills (especially in data analytics, AI, Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate), and a genuine interest in developing financial processes and systems.

We value strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to see the bigger picture. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial, as is the ability to establish networks with local and international stakeholders. You are proactive, self-directed, and thrive under time pressure. Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and English is required.
