The role:

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support our daily operations across card payments and settlement processes. This role is well suited for an early- to mid-level specialist who already has a basic understanding of financial operations in fintech and is looking to deepen their expertise. You’ll work with data from Mastercard and Visa, support analysis of fees and profitability, and help ensure that financial and settlement processes run smoothly. The position offers hands-on exposure to core payment operations and the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations related to both acquiring and issuing aspects of Mastercard and Visa
• Perform regular reconciliations between internal systems and Mastercard/Visa settlement reports
• Monitor and manage daily and periodic settlement processes with card schemes
• Conduct detailed analysis of interchange and scheme fees
• Assist in the financial evaluation of new partnerships, scheme changes, or pricing adjustments
• Working closely with other PSPs to ensure smooth financial coordination, data exchange, and performance tracking
• Analyzing the real profitability of individual acquiring partners, identifying trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for optimization

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Experience as a Financial Analyst in a fintech company or a bank
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian
• Solid Excel skills and confidence working with numbers
• A proactive and responsible mindset, with a genuine interest in learning
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling daily financial tasks
• Willingness to dive into reconciliations, financial data analysis, and partner coordination

Nice-to-have:

• Educational background in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Basic understanding of payment systems, especially Mastercard and Visa
• Experience working with PSPs or other financial partners
• Experience with Excel macros or basic automation in spreadsheets
