Position Summary
As a Financial Analyst, you will support financial reporting, analysis, and planning processes across the organization. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial data, supporting IFRS reporting, and providing insights that help drive business decisions. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a solid understanding of financial reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reports.
• Perform variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast).
• Analyze financial performance and highlight key trends.
• Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support financial modeling and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Reporting, or Audit.
• Strong experience in financial reporting.
• Good understanding of IFRS.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek & English.
• Exposure to budgeting and forecasting processes is considered a plus.
